toniezz... most use msPaint... and use copy and paste, or simply draw them on pixel by pixel!

some use photoshop, sometimes it can make it easier, sometimes it just confuses things :P

google pixelcars. I think there's a tutorial on the pixelcarlife.com forums as well.

I got my base from there and modified it with photoshop. But it's just as easy to do in paint as the tutorials will show you ;)
