In teh market for a cheap video camera, mainly to mount in the car, and nothing else.

What do you guys reccomend? About $500 or so

remember to get a dv format camera, not sure on the pricing but also consider some Hi Def ones for extra.. higher resolution

Oh yeah - more optical zoom and not digital zoom
