Directions: M4 motorway through Great Western Hwy to Hartly, turn left at Jenolan Caves road at Hartly, follow directly to lunch meet point then onto Jenolen Caves.

Trip will take approximately 2 hours to the lunch meet spot where there is enough parking to squeeze in 50+cars in the car park with road side parking also available for another 50+ cars.

Lunch numbers will need to be confirmed so arrangments can be made with staff to get the ball rolling on cooking, Please indicate if you will be having lunch.

Lunch will take around 1 - 1.5 hours depending on numbers.

Once completed there is a short 20 minute trip to the caves via some of the tightest roads i have seen, roads from this point on are very dangerous so extreme caution will be required.

Absolutly no horoics and dangerous driving as you will endanger your life and more importantly others on the road.
I cant stress this enough on how dangerous these roads are so please do not attend if you cant keep to the signed speed limit .

With this in mind please read the following Disclaimer, the reason for this is to protect you & the organisers and the site.

Those attending do so at their own risk

On arrival it is important that we do this as a group as i promise it will be something to see  , whilst driving through the village area please refrain from stupidity.

Parking will be at the top level carpark, this area has been closed off to the public and is reserved for OZWRX.
Unfortunatly there will be a $4.50 charge for parking, this is a standard charge for all public attending the caves.
I have begun negotiations with staff who will confirm if a portion ($2) of each car can be donated to our chosen charity.

There is 2 BBQ's available if you wish to cook up for those who did not each at the previous lunch spot.

During our stay Prizes for the raffle will be given away whilst we stretch our legs.

Departure: We will leave at approx 2:00 - 3:00pm, trip will take around 2 hours to the M4.
Fuel stops: In order to keep the group together a lot of organising has taken place to keep the group together, it would be appreciated if all attendies can leave on a full tank, those requiring fuel can fill up at the following locations though the group will not be stopping as this will cause massive traffic conjestion.

Shell Lawson, Westbound: Optimax available.

Caltex Mt Victoria, East Bound: Vortex 98 available.
