24 Hours Of Le Mans on TV This Weekend

Hi all,

I was very pleased to see that the race will be broadcast live on free to air digital TV this year here in Australia and rebroadcast on Foxtel in some areas.

Radio Le Mans is broadcasting round the clock online, and Flying Lizard are broadcasting their team radio feed online too.

One Digital are also broadcasting the official film from 2008 at 3.30PM AEST on Thursday 11 June (today), and again at 8.00am AEST on Saturday Sydney time.

It looks like a massive weekend - there are 10 Ferrari F430 GT's entered, so let's hope one of the GT3 RSR's takes the chequered flag !

Yeah I watched the Formula D drifting last night too - great viewing !

Great to see Bergmeister qualified the 911 GT3 RSR on pole in GT2 at Le Mans today too :)

There is another 911 GT3 RSR second in GT2, so the 5 x 911 GT3 RSR's are well and truly teaching some lessons to the 10 x Ferrari F 430 GT's that entered !

Bergmeister is driving for the Flying Lizard team, who we added a few links to from our site a couple days ago, so we were really happy to see Bergmeister and Flying Lizard put it on pole today.

My mate Kevin won the 24 hours of Le Mans in 2002 (and his team won the 24 hours of Daytona again this year), but they haven't entered a team at Le Mans this year, so we'll be barracking for Flying Lizard.
