Another Black Dc2r..

Hey everyone, this wont be the largest car diary of mine as i am planning on selling it soon.. haha other day i was installing my Vafc2 and while screwing in my ecu back into the bracket i managed to sumhow fling the screw driver around n tear a 12mm hole into my eye lid..haha resulting in 7 stiches and me having a few days off work... enough time to get bord and write up my cars life while with me :)

Pretty much just cleaning her up atm, Never realised how hard keeping black cars clean was!! its torture!! esspically for sum1 like me who washes there car twise a week, n that was for my silver s15 :( .. already got decent power/handling mods so i wont push 2 much further.. Prob just get some nice wheels.. n work on the exterior and interior bits n pieces :) looking to move into a s2k sumtime soon :) hopefully b4 end of year!!!

bought her from queensland.. last owner didnt take the best care of her.. soon as i got her back 2 syd i started my work.. spending a fair few hours every weekend and any time after work doing little here, little there :)

Anyway enough about me... will have some piks up hopefully wednesday... finished claybaring her not this weekend that just passed but the one b4... so she needs a good waxing now :)
id do it today but i got bord lastnight and cleaned my recaros so there in the process of drying.. haha.. Will post up a DIY later if anyone would like me 2 :) got loads of piks..

haha mingy!! i aint seen u for a while man... thought i seen ur car a week ago but it was a girl driving??

i was just about to post up... im looking for a pro detailer.. haha im pretty good with my detialing and the rest.. but i just cant seem to get it right with black..

iv spent 2 hours claybarring the car till it was as smooth as glass all over... and then polished it.. but still thr scratches and the rest are so noticeable.. and i dont wana buff it myself with one of them electric buffers as they are always noticeable on black cars..

can anybody reccomend me sumbody in syd whos done an outstanding detail job on a black car??
or maby even suggest a product to me??

lol.. piks of the car can wait till wednesday.. exterior is pretty dirty atm.. ill have this week off so prob spend a few hours every day detailing :) just waiting for my recaros to dry so i can get back into her!!

ull see in the pik of my eye 4 stiches just under my eye lid.. there the ones holding the actual eye lid 2gether.. i also ahve 3 stiches on the inside of my eye lid holding the muscle i tore threw together aswell.. :S

UPDATE!!

PIKS UPDATED !!!

Currently in the stages of making the exterior look as stock as possible.. as i think im pretty much finished and happy with my interior... well all except for my gear knob, shift boot n possiably shifter..
Recaros came out amazing after the wash i gave them.. honnestly didnt think they would be as good as they are..
my exterior clean up/overhaul will include removing body kit, getting front/rear bar resprayed to get rid of nasty stone chips and imperfections.. i removed the type R rear sticker as it was peeling off.. also need an oem red H badge as my one has been stolen..

claybarred, polished and waxed the car the other day.. came out fantastic :)

will put more piks up as i get them... few more ball teasers for the time being :)

yeah she came from qld :) i did alright.. only bought her cause after waiting 6 months for the right s2k to come along i couldnt waits no more!!!

hopefully this time it all works out for the best :)
