Im sure there have been afew threads in regards to this topic..... and here is another

Im looking purchase a digital SLR camera. Looking to mainly use the images as a reference for art work but also to take some nice pictures of my car and other things.

atm I have decided to go for a canon mainly due to the higher megapixel's compared to the nikons but just trying to decide bewteen a 350d or the new 400d.

Opinions please and/or some helpful tips when buying, thx

I just re-scored my Mum's old Canon camera. I had to pass it on to my sister and missed it sooo much... nice to have it back!!! Looking forward to using it again for sure.
