It's an incredible car and one of those cars that is an absolute pleasure to be around. As soon as you spend any time around it, it makes you want to buy an R34 and go time attack racing in it :)

Mark's crew are a great bunch of guys too - very knowledgeable and very professional in everything they do. I've really enjoyed our testing, planning and days at the track with them. Their R32 driven by Russ is also amazing.

Everything about the team, crew and the team's R32 and the R34 is exemplary, and we'll definitely be continuing our minor sponsorship of and involvement with the team's R34.

There is also apparently some great video of the car on the 2010 World Time Attack Challenge DVD - the preview video of the DVD is here ...

It's great to see Yokohama Advan's support of both the World Time Attack Challenge and support of Mark's team, and the technical support at WTAC was great.

A senior tyre engineer from Yokohama Japan was even on hand at WTAC to help with tyres etc. Having a senior engineer trackside from the tyre manufacturer is a fantastic thing, and is a great indication of Yokohama Advan's commitment to the sport of time attack racing and to racing in general in Australia.

The only let down was I drove all the way from QLD to see this at the WTAC and it didn't do as well as I'd had hoped....still a machine though, just needs a bit of ironing...
