hell YES!

I for one, am going to test ride this if it retails for around 25k. The Factory version sounded so awesome, so with the same engine (and minus all the racey bling parts) this should be an awesome alternative to the japanese litre bikes at a similar price!

yumyumyum

Yeah they are an awesome bike, make sure you get the pipe, they sound hard and don't look like a massive hunk of shit like the standard pipe

Looks the goods! Yeh all the new bikes coming out have shorter stubby exhausts or the likes... Im presuming its to centre the weight more?

Also dont get why they named the lower spec RSV4 'R', wouldnt that be for there top of the line model?

25k Jap bike? Does it come with a 3rd wheel or something for that price?

Gosh Darn.

blades and the big bang r1 are like low 20's to get on the road, add in your bling accessories and before you know it, you have a 25k+ bike!

fark, I always thought they were around the 18-19k mark with some solid negotiation.

so is this what your going to be riding to the cafes in newtown, so you can sit and look at your bike, talk about the reasons you didnt stump up for the "factory" version and never ride it? :P

Run out 1000's are more like 16k, even less if there is a new model, either way it doesn't change what this bike is aimed at (1098/1198) which it comes in cheaper than and have a 4 cyl (ftw)

The R is a smart choice although it would be hard to refuse the factory if I had the cash even though the R is more than capable.

Also the the higher spec is called 'factory' cause of racing, the 'factory' team is always from the manufacturer and the satellite teams normally lease the bike, I can only assume 'R' stands for Road or Replica or something similar.

Here are some blogs I did about the RSV4 Factory the other week
