Whoa, big move going to white! Fullbody, inside and engine bay? Pricey! Looks bloody good though, totally worth it.

4agte: i know i need more dish! but somebody recommended just wider diameter. maybe MS01's :D

Anabolic: yeah, it was abit silly to paint the original bar white. they should've left it black ha ha. only thing is the front bar is just a 'half-bar' that fits over the stock one lol

van: inside too but i didn't get engine bay done since work later on would scratch it. but popped the bonet this morning and it still looked alright :)

this is random, but for some reason, my car now reminds me of michael jackson . . . except i think the FC pulled off the transformation ha ha ;)

Dosent matter if its black or white!

Its hot shit!

Im no fan of trispokes, but damn, these advans go well with your car.

Rotary_rockeT

hmm, bodywise:
AGENT front half-bar and rear bar
Wise Sports side skirts
Aero mirrors (RE-amemiya?)

suspension/handling:
kaaz locking type diff
tein super street coil overs
super advans
michelin pilot precedas ($$$ :( )

engine/transmission:
pod style filters
larger radiator (life-saver)
R-magic something (don't know what it is)
aftermarket exhaust
Exedy clutch

interior is stock apart from a set of blitz gauges and nardi wheel but is pretty good condition (the car itself had less then 80k on it). but with the exterior sorted out im going to stock more suspension, interior and engine bits.

Kikkoman: neither did i! but when i saw these for sales i just had to get them :)

met up with one of the friends that was voting for me to keep the car black. long story short, i discovered that i'm really bad at moonwalk . . . :(

Do you get much of a gain from the R-magic something?

I was thinking about picking up one of those myself.

yes, when i first joined this forum i had just traded my GTR for the EVO but being 18 at the time, some of them didn't believe me :( i understand theres alot of young fibbers that sign onto forums like these, but gee, the scepticism was pretty high at the time.

Man I just registered to post this...

FUCK that is a crisp FC!

How strong are FC's? I really like them for the price and they just look so badass, I want a car that will take punishment day in day out.

I also hear that above 150,000kms rotaries are finished and you need to rebuild them is that true?

Is this the car I am after?

You've got a crazy whip dude

Rotary_rockeT
18-06-07, 07:35 PM
lol, ha ha. i wouldn't say strong given their age, but they are a really fun car to drive.

i picked up mine for around the 14k mark with decent extras and have spent only around 5-6k on top to get it where it is now (inc respray) so its been an ok experience besides the obvious things like clutch, alternator problems.

i'll just say i modified FC is more fun than a stock 25k car and leave it at that :)

Yeah I already knew an FC is going to be a crazy fun car to drive lol

Damn I need some weapon car for like 7 Grand... I don't think there is such a thing out there

What is the strongest car I can get for that price? I want to do runs down the old pac and burnouts. FWD cars suck ass man your lucky as hell

ha ha as my general rule of thumb if an import is under 10k i times the price by two to get it running good again (upgrading worn parts, ofcourse).

that bad huh? i wouldn't know. i've been blessed (or cursed, depending how you think) with having not owned an Front driven car before. But i hav had a good thrash in a Levin B-ZR and that was fun (especially with the super struts!) :D

LoL well yeah all fwd cars understeer to some extent (EG6!!!!) which sucks, especially in touge runs. Dont get me wrong fwd cars have their benefits like low production cost for enconobox's... plus my saab would whip your ass in a race on snow ...possibly gravel :D

Recently i've been fed up with how my car scrapes on bumps and driveways so i purchased larger (17") wheels to keep the the car high whilst not leaving an ugly gap between the tire and the guard. Photos were from a mobile phone so they're pretty awful, sorry!
