Hi All,

The time has come to part with my first motorcycle. I've been really happy with it as a starting point, and I believe you get quite a lot of bike for your dollar with these little machines. This one in particular is ready to go for plenty of trouble free riding.

Bike - 1989 KAWASAKI GPX250R (EX250F)
Rego - JULY 2010
Odometer - 89,560 kms
Colour - Black & Red
Capacity - 248cc
Plates - GPX-25

This bike makes an extremely good choice for first time riders. Unlike many LAMS bikes, this one features six speed transmission, which was a big selling point for me. It's extremely easy to ride and made it a breeze to pass my provisional licence test.

This particular bike was previously owned by a policeman who commuted to Castle Hill. Here's a brief rundown of what the bike features currently:

- a new tinted windscreen
- replaced regulator/rectifier (still under warranty)
- replaced starter solenoid (still under warranty)
- rubber tank protector
- new front fork seals & serviced shocks
- tail tidy (see photograph - very neat)
- brand new battery
- new flasher relay

The bike has also had a complete fluid change and service with carby tune, new spark plugs and brake bleed only 300km ago. Invoices will be provided for your reference. Chain and sprockets are all in good condition, and there's still six months of rego! Personalised number plates will stay with the bike.
