Hey all,

Recently bought a new car after selling the GSR. Really enjoy being back in an S13.

Has a fair few mods, enough to keep my satisfied for a while as i learn to drive the car (2 way diff's are pretty interesting )

Here are some pics, enjoy!

Before you ask... yes i will be doing something about the front bar in the future. :)

Here's a short clip of it at wakefield:

Thanks.

Nothing really besides a new front bar to be honest.

Car is making over 200rwkw, it's more than enough for me at the moment.

Only thing i would look into would be cams and a retune (it's running an EMS Stinger ecu) if i ever get bored of the power.

Wouldn't mind some decent seats, and possibly something to replace the pedders shocks/springs that are in the car at the moment.

woo a N/A Sileighty, don't see too many of these around. However, I'm guessing its no longer in N/A form.

Keep us posted on its progress man.

It was simply a sr20det 180sx that had the front end panels swapped over with an s13.

Van: I took it from a song title by the group Team Sleep.

The car scared the F&^k out of me to be honest

It's taking a while to build up confidence again after smashing my MX5, but it will come in time.

Narh mate, buddy club p1's.

Kelv,

around the track, to be honest i found the mx5 a bit frustrating when going uphill, the lack of power really hurt! It's definately fun, but the GSR was also fun in a different way, with AWD you feel so safe on the road and you can do a lot of things that you can't get away with in a RWD.

I'd say overall the S13 is a lot of fun to drive, if i could though i'd have an mx5 beside it in the garage.

the front with the hacked bar says im all about boost baby

nice car!
200rwkw is not bad at all for a redtop sr
did you track it with the street tyres with 200 on tap?

Yeah i did mate.

The car has falken azeni's on the rear, and some random brand up front. After about halfway through the day, the front tyres gave up the ghost and i began to get some understeer, other than that the car handled really well, i was quite surprised. Wasn't extremely tail-happy. I'd like to try it with azeni's on the front too.

I love it.

That front mount's a bit in-your-face though...

It's not to my taste but that doesn't make it bad. It's just very exposed.

Kinda like it's going "LOOK AT ME!! I'M A REALLY BIG FUCKING FRONT MOUNT!!!"

Ok, here's some of the stuff done.

Engine:

Garrett GT2876R turbo (rated at 440hp)
3inch turbo-back exhaust (custom made)
plazmaman FMIC + piping (again, custom)
EMS Stinger ECU
Greddy Profec B Spec II EBC (high boost = 16.5psi, low is set to 11 but i have never used it )

Suspension:

Random pedders shocks + king springs
Kaaz 2-way diff
custom built HD clutch by Western Clutches
Recently rebuilt gearbox, *apparently* with stronger internals

that's pretty much the gist of things, the important stuff anyway.

Ran 12.660 @ 112mph with a 1.9 60ft time on street tyres

tyres = ST115 Falken Azeni's

Very pleased with the result, i was hoping for at least a 12.9, when i ran the 12.6 i was so shocked... totally did not expect it
