You know it's funny... these few vids of little Honda's whipping more powerful cars spread like wildfire all over the internet.

This particular video has been shown to be by many Honda fans, like as if to say look, Honda's are faster!!! HA!!! (I keep getting it on MSN lol).

In the end of the day here are my thoughts:

A) There would be a whole shitload more videos of powerful turbo cars killing small Honda's if people with powerful turbo cars could be bothered uploading their kills.

B) Rolling starts aren't exactly the best way to judge power/speed due to different gear ratios. I know my GT-R from 3rd gear at 3000rpm rolling start would get munched by a powerful NA car due to the GT-R being super laggy at that rpm in that gear.

C) Who knows if this is real or not? I'd be more than happy to go out and let everyone crap all over my GT-R in a vid just for the fun of it!!!

In regards to rolling starts ... thats how nearlly ALL the videos ive seen from street kills are in the US . Theres always a friend in each passenger seat with a video camera, the drivers Honk 1-2-GO ... and who knows what gear each driver is in, and at exactly what revs! Hardly a fair race if ure comparing what the car actually does down the 1/4mile. That magical 60ft time makes a HUGE difference to the rest of the 1/4Mile time. Without slicks of some kind, a high powered honda aint gonna be getting off the line very fast from 0km/h on any normal street!
