Hi guys I'm new to the forum but I was wondering does anybody have any good links to books stores that sell "good" books on tuning JDM specific cars? I'm always looking for ideas for new builds and my Japanese sucks. I was hoping that somebody might have seen something out there.
Thanks!
Bro not to change the subject slightly, but arent books medieval? these days whatever i need i use the internet, which most people do aswell. like if im looking on how to light my engine on fire i look on the internet, if i need to know how to remove a part from my car i use the internet. its much easier aswell like if youre working on youre car you can print out instructions or directions on what to do, the internet has more then a bookstore does =]. anyway but if you want a bookstore i would probably suggest the local library, im not to good at books sorry =\ oh and i just saw you lived in vegas, most the people on this forum are from australia so we wouldent know where to find a bookstore in vegas

True books are "medieval" but you can't exactly take your lap top into the bathroom with you =/ (well you can but... ) But nothing beats having thumbing through Hyper Revs looking back on some old school cars then coming up with new ways to tweak them. And yes I know this forum is in Australia one of my customer out there suggested to me. I checked out and liked it, plus the fact that its a English speaking JDM forum helps. That's the cool thing about the internet there's tons of Australian guys on www.japanesenostalgiccar.com (http://www.japanesenostalgiccar.com) Why not an American guy on this one.

What the hell does the time he posted have to do with his question at all?! Its a forum, threads stay here for days/months/years and when someone reads it, they can reply.
Anyway, to OP ... I don't think anyone on here would have it but I would like some as well.
I have previously seen JDM mags in English posted on NS.com before but I'm sure some members on here would have them as well :)
I suggest learning Japanese.

Thanks Stunn-R I'll keep a look out for the thread. I know some of the members on here have them.. I remember seeing a AE86 Bible on build thread...just have to find it again.
As for learning Japanese I'm ok speaking it. Just reading it is a bitch... but I guess I can break out the school books again.
