Done a good job mate good to see you upgraded :)
Good job cleaning it back up. Will look great with an mvp lip and may i suggest a shine/top secret rear diffuser with vortex generators :D they make the back of a supra look so phat!
My advice do the looks/brakes/suspension and interior.. Then when get off your p's drop the gte motor in and will be sweet!

Yep, glad I did though!

I don't regret selling the R34 at all though, they are both nice cars. :)

Now I just need to keep it beautiful, by not wrapping it around a tree! :P

Haha, no, read the last little bit in the OP :P

Thanks!

I saw a Shine diffuser with vortex generators over at SF for sale (Around $700 - $800 IIRC), but it was sold in less than 8 minutes of being posted up!

I might also mention that some 4/2 brakes are also planned for the future, but since I recently bought some new Rotors and pads, I'll hold that off for now.

There is still a good 4/5 years until I get off my P's, so if one comes up for sale cheap, I'll be snapping it up :)

looking good :D

Cheers :)

Yea, will do, I have always liked Pearl white paint, but it will probably cost a lot more.

Also, how does this sound guys?

There is one for sale on eBay for $4XX, which seems reasonable, it should fit on the DKNE extractors fine?, may stick out a little.

Nice soup mate, dear god i hope your parents are paying your insurance for you because doing that on an apprentice wage would not be fun :P

The tanabe exhaust is nice but just remember that N/A's will always sound a little weird with big exhausts, not a bad sound by any means but just different...

Also don't bother buying 4/2 big brakes, you don't need them in an N/A, just spend some money on good pads and make sure your fluid is nice and clean (i suggest QFM A1rm's for pads, got them on my TT atm). Also don't go chasing big power with this car, for the money you will spend you wont be happy, work on the suspension and handling of the car and when the money and time comes bolt a dirty big single to the side of it!

Anyway welcome to the JZA80 family!

Would never look good next to yours though, haha :P

Are there any Coil overs you would recommend, I have a budget of around $1500?

The cheaper the better, but I obviously don't want something crap :P

They will be for mostly street use, but may see the track someday :)

Nope, won't be chasing power for now, Handling/Looks is more of a priority at the moment, until I get off my P's

I would eventually have to upgrade to 4/2 brakes or better when I whack a snail in?, so I guess if I find a cheap set I should snap them up anyway

MVP Lip has been ordered!

http://www.mvpmotorsports.com/Merchant/catalog/jdm/t/supramkiv/p/mvp/38-ws.jpg

Anyone have a rough estimate on how much it'll cost to be sprayed?

Coilovers will be ordered soon, just need to decide on one, recommendations?

I had some BC BR in the Skyline, they were good, but the ride was much harsher (Even on the lowest setting).

How do you find them comfort wise (Assuming you have the stock springs, that cam with them)?

what did you use to remove all the left over glue on the bootlid?

There was no Glue/Silicone/Sealant, I removed all the loose gunk with some soapy water and sponge and the stains with some $16 stuff that removes stains/minor scratches/minor grazes, etc from Supercheap (Can't remember what it's called), I can get the name for you if you want.

Sorry didn't think anyone was interested/reading it anymore.

I can actually drive the thing now!, got my P's early last month :D

I actually only recently (About 1-2 weeks ago) got my lip painted and fitted, it took AGES for it to arrive, I will try and get a pic tomorrow.
