We hired a new team member for TZR products,
I have worked with him in the past & he has worked across the globe for many other racing teams & companies in his craft. Producing Fiber items from Carbon, Glass & now FRP.
We have some molds already, but we want to increase the range across the board.
We will start the range with small items, e.g. interior panels, timing belt covers, scoops, vents & small engine covers.
Everything we are product will be molded & resold on (no custom work) we will take on your ideas of new products. But no one offs.
Reply to this thread with your ideas of parts you would like to see.
here's some items we already have;
Toyota SW20 Head light covers (pair) in FRP = $50.00
Honda B- series spark plug cover in Carbon = $73.00
Subaru )8 WRX front bumper vents (pair) in Carbon = $140.00
As time goes on & we can get more space to work & a better price on rolls. We will move into bumpers, Lips, Bonnets, Boot Lids, Doors & many more products.
Anything being thought up for evos? Most of the stuff is really expensive, and the cheap stuff is usually really poor quality

Head over to mx5cartalk.
They will be all over this.
Not necessarily me, but I know that a few people always talk about wanting a carbon front lip on evo 5, NACA duct on the bonnet, and well priced timing belt and coil pack covers.. all depends on price though I guess

AE71 bonnet?
We have an old 2J plug cover mold, but as for Toyota parts all hood, roof, door & guard we need to work on as we don't have molds yet or the room to store them.
86's & 111's hoods would be around $700, but we wouldn't do them unless we have a number of orders.

Anything and everything.
There are a couple of threads on mx5cartalk where people have been discussing custom/special order group purchase stuff for frp/glass/carbon stuff and there are alot of ideas and suggestions in there that they will all be interested in from na's to nc's.
Some ideas that i gathered from reading the threads were
-CF door cards (dont forget that mx5 guys are all about "weight reduction" haha)
http://p.twimg.com/Al6IO2sCMAI3fmi.jpg
-CF hardtops will sell like hotcakes (obviously these are all larger items for the future but im just throwing some ideas out there)
-CF sill/scuff plates
-CF/FRP ducktails
http://desmond.imageshack.us/Himg413/scaled.php?server=413&filename=img0603gn.jpg&res=medium
-CF fuel filler lids
-CF headlight surrounds for na's.
-CF headlight covers for na's with/without an air duct
-CF/FRP fr/rr lips
-CF dash/gauge hoods/pods
-CF shorty consoles

The list could go on. Basically, if you can keep prices competitive as alot of the stuff that exists is harder to find things from japland hence higher premiums, then you will sell heaps. Universal items or items that will work with lhd and rhd cars will also be better for you as miata's are quite popular in the states as well.
Cheerio :)
