Is the stud pattern on evos still 114.3x5? Possibly have a look for some 2nd hand ones, you will be paying heaps for brand new.

http://www.magwheelcentre.com.au/index.php?pid=bbs - Official importers of BBS in Oz

http://www.spinnerwheels.com.au/bbswheels1.htm - Based in Penrith

http://www.jaxquickfit.com.au/Wheels/bbs.html - Jax Tyres have a few retial outlets

These are all genuine BBS retailers based in Oz, but expect to pay a nice price for genuine BBS. There are a quite a few companies that do replica's (especially the BBS LM) but a lot of them are based overseas, so if you're happy to pay freight costs, then you could go with them.

If you don't mind getting them shipped over from the states, try www.tirerack.com (http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/results.jsp?autoMake=Mitsubishi&autoModel=Lancer+Evolution&autoYear=2004&autoModClar=)

I know of some BBS 17's to suit evo 9 performance pack if you are interested, they are the standard forged 17 x 8's that the performance pack was fitted with.
