View Full Version : Gauge mounting ideas.

I'll be putting some Autometer 52mm gauges in the SSS for stuff like boost an uh.. wiper fluid temperature and.. ambient glove box air pressure.

Where should I mount them? I'm not going to tack them onto my A-pillar, I wont them to be a bit more inconspicuous than that and I'd like to still be able to see roundabouts as well. I would really like to mount them in a DIN slot but I think it'll be a very tight squeeze.

Has anybody come with come clever neato ways of mounting gauges?

Dont forget the gauge for your passenger seat temperature with a light to indicate when ur passenger has ripped ass and u need to pull over and get out.
Yeh din slot is good, that one at justjap is poifect.

Yeah, it does look good, I like how it angles the gauges toward the driver. Cheap too.

You can also get flat DIN holders, so the guages are facing straight out rather than angled towards the driver. I don't have a link for them though.
