View Full Version : cracked windscreen

I woke up today to discover that my less than 1cm crack I got 2 days ago grew to about 30-40cm this morning. After a big f**king yell, I called O'brien to get a quote and they're after around 450 for replacement. Does that sound right? Any other reputable repairers cause I'm not familiar with any.

i know that..but it only happened on friday while driving back from my holiday. Was planning on getting it patched up this morning or on Monday if noone was open on Monday, but as I went outside to get the give the car a bit of a wipe down from all the dust I discovered that the crack decided to grow.

Jacky's Auto Glass. I don't know his number, but Indy from IS will certainly know it.

There are a lot of butchers out there but at least Jacky takes care when doing it. We've removed/installed new glass in the drift car quite a few times, and not once have we had a problem.
