    R1 is ~180hp, 176kg
    GSXR1000 is 191bhp, 167kg

    Those weights are so wrong it's not funny, they are even too light for dry weights... the jap litre bikes all weight minimum 200kg WET. (the 08 CBR1000RR was the first to go under with 199kg WET, although how wet that actually is no one knows)

    Suzuki claimed that weight in their brochures though, but it's not true. bikes manufactures are pretty dodgy when it comes to specs. incorrect weights as in they are not real world complete bike weight, the R6 a few years back showed a redline of 17k rpm and was tested to be outside the tolerances or actual rpm vs indicated rpm.

    also nearly every speedo would be out by a fair bit too

    Yeah they make some gorgeus bikes. I dont see the much on the road either, but when I do, ohhh they look sooo good lol.
