STi Seat Rails; Am i imagining things?

    Heya Doods.

anyone happen to know if the Seat and/or Rails on the MY06 STi is HIGHER than on a similar Model WRX (or base model Impreza)?

i sat in a WRX and it seems lower and i beleive its the same Seat (just different Fabric).

if it is lower, anyone got WRX Rails for sale?!?!?

I know the old shape GC8 WRX definitely had lower positioned seats.

Have you adjusted yours down to the lowest point using the big clicking lever on the side of the seat, towards the front?

i sat in my mates 2004 wrx again,
and its definately lower.. noticeably too. i'd say by one inch..

its not much, but enough to notice.

Ive checked the rail/sliders and the buttom of the seat is at max, right near the buttom rail... so my lever isnt stuffed.

i guess its time for new sets then!

Not as silly as it sounds - my Mazdaspeed seats are now quite different in fit/feel - as the passenger one barely gets used.
