Tinkerbell, what else is required for L2S......secondary bonnet restraint?

nah, for late model cars, a secondary restraint is not required...

whilst the supp regs rarely state this, it is known by scruitineers and it has been clarified for me as:

All vehicles must comply with Schedules A & B of the CAMS General Requirements for Automobiles (as specific in the CAMS Manual), including a fire extinguisher; blue triangle (for battery), and a secondary method for fastening the bonnet (except that registered production cars manufactured after 01.01.1973 may utilise the original unmodified manufacturer’s components for securing the bonnet, without the use of a secondary restraint mechanism).

I just joined and applied for a L2S license as well.

Bought an extinguisher already, is there anything else i might need?

Mainly track/circuit.

But i do want to try out hillclimbs.

Problem is my car is a daily as well so i dont want to get a cage or harnesses put in, hope that wont be a problem.
