basically it was launched to get rid of the underpowered cars on jdmst. Selection of the fittest :p...........

Nah jk, we noticed that whilst there are many forums out there dedicated to a single compact car, no website has put like minded people of differnet makes/models together.

Jdmst is the closest but compact cup is another step in filtering down to "smaller cars".

Should be quite interesting with jazz/echo/yaris/swift/copen/pologti/r-colt etc etc on one forum.

Hopefully alot more cans of worms too :p

from what i can see golf is more of a civic type of shape and swift is more like a polo.

Yeah. Golf is too big .. even the NEW civics aren't in the same class cos the Jazz is beneath them!

Beneath is the Golf is the Polo (MINI) and the Lupo / Fox (SuperMini).

Though wouldn't the R-Colt and Polo GTi have too much power to compete?

well, compete against what though? we are not excatly having a race but if you were to go to the track togehter, track times could be broken down by

    1.3-1.5
    1.6-1.8
    1.8+
    turbo
