Awesome car It must fly with that motor !

Lotuses look awesome with some JDM gear on them - they are surprisingly popular in Japan. Bride even does some seats for lotuses - I read somewhere that the Bride Zodia was designed especially for the Elise and Exige.

The cars just look so tough ...

This is the interior of a Lotus Spyder with some JDM goodness ...

That combo is a Works Bell Rapfix II, a Personal Steering Wheel, and one of Works Bell's short bosses - those Lotuses can be tricky to get in and out of without a quick release. The steering wheel is similar to the Personal Fitti like in oxymoron on JDMST's evo - he has a red stitching version ... here is oxymoron's setup in his car ... http://forum.jdmstyletuning.com/show...&postcount=107

What brand of wing are you running on the Lotus Alex ?

Have you had the Lotus out on a track yet ? Lap times ?

What ECU are you running on the Lotus ?

    Thanks for the replies fellas.

It was built by Kirrapak http://www.kirrapak.com/elise.htm and Geoff from Emu Plains.

Adam - The wing was also fitted by them but I'll find out the brand for you. (also that S2 Exige looks HOT!)

It's running a Hondata ECU with a generic map from the UK but was at Pulse Racing before Xmas and is going back on Jan 4th for proper tuning.

It's been to Eastern Creek and Wakefield for practice (don't think he timed it yet) but it was originally bought with the intention of doing Australian Tarmac Challenge this year - but things took longer than expected (as usual) and there's been nowhere near enough practice.

There are also new wheels coming - 16" front & 17" rear (currently 15" front x 16" rear) to help out with the uber short gearing (6th gear feels like 4th). A black hardtop has just arrived from Eliseparts too.

I'll post more updates and pics soon. Will try and get some vid too
