The sil front went well I see.
Can offically say this car is sick.
So, the Silvia has been parted out and is now all gone, so needed a new car.

Wanted to stick to an S chassis, as I like how they drive, and I have a bucket loads of parts under the house that will fit in an S13/180SX/SR motor.
So went car hunting on a Saturday. Went out, looked at a red S13, but the owner already had a buyer coming, and when asked about it (buyer showed up as I was talking to him), he just said, "I was hoping you would offer more money..."
That seemed to have loads of electrical issues anyways, which plagued the last car. So not to worry.
Then, saw a red S15.80 on carsales. Rang the guy, organised a time to go see it. SICK! Rang him on my way out. Was told someone had put a deposit on it an hour ago. Damn.
Determined that I was going to own a car by the end of that day (by this time it was 730pm on a Saturday), went to the Maccas on Ryde Road, jumped on their Wi-Fi, found a 180 5 minutes away. Rang the guy, asked if I could look at his car.
He was pretty busy watching Seinfeld (no joke), but convinced him to come down.
He was asking $7.5. I told him I was buying a car tonight, it was his call wether it was his or not. If he said no, there was a Sil80 in Cabra that I was going to go see as well.
We worked out a price, and BANG! I owned a 180!!!
Some pics of how it started.
How can it be so high but look so low??!!??
Another member on here wanted to make his S13 into a Onevia, and I wanted to go Sil80, so we worked out a time and date, then BAM!
Whilst doing the swap, we were talking wheels, and it was mentioned that he didn't mind the 18's. I personally dislike them, and was abit iffy about running 15's, but thought, what the hell, lets see what its like.
I spent an extra day ensuring all the panels lined up perfectly. Only thing remaining is the bonnet, still need that to sit square. Everything else is primo though
Ended up swapping wheels, the 18" Bob Jane T-Mart wheels, for a pair of 15" Watanabes, and Speedlight?(I think) 15" copies on the rear. Wicked off-sets too.
Photo is with the rear wheels also being Watanabes off the old Silvia I owned.
Then, about a week ago, was on the Pacific Highway in Gordon, when a paddy wagon does a loop.
"RBT and vehicle safety check"
Rad. I'll be leaving with a pretty new sticker. Low and behold!
All cleared now, and just enjoying it as is! Once it was cleared, spent the evening respraying the cooler piping and BOV to black, to try and make it look less obvious. Any one who is in the know will realize its not factory, but can only try...

Tein coilovers all round
Front and rear strut braces
C-West Front Bar
Vertex? Rear bar
Nismo Copy side-skirts (have genuine plastics under the house if these get destroyed)

15" Watanabe Wheels
*Also have another set of 16" Watanabe wheels
Parts under the house that still need to go on:
-ARC Sump (enlarged and baffled)
-Oil Cooler with thermostat and relocator
-Un-cracked dash (3 cracks in the current one)
-Catch-can off the old Silvia (still with police evidence sticker on it)
-Light-weight pulleys (anodized red)
-4 Saber gauges (Series 2 ones) Boost, Oil Temp, Water Temp, Oil Pressure
Have also paid for a pair of Recaros, just waiting on the owner of them to organize new seats, then will be collecting those to go in also!
Thats everything off the top of my head..
All in all, very happy with the car so far, will be happier once all the other parts I have are on the car!!
