Yes, you will. Also, 15" wheels won't look much chop unless your car is very low.

You will definitely need to run some camber to make them fit.
You will also need to roll your guards and you might get away with just having a stretched tyre so you wont have to pump your guards.

While we're on this, does anyone know if a 10.5 +22 will fit under an R32 GTR? Not so much worried about outer clearance. More worried about inner clearance.

Photo below is 18x9.5 +20 on S15 rear. Guards are rolled flat but not flared, camber is zero and tyres are stretched 235/40.

So fitment depends on how much camber you prefer, I recon anything more then -1.5 is too much, and also how low you want your car to sit. From memory I had to run like -3.0 camber and car was too low for my liking.

You could stretch a 215/35/18 on a 9.5 easily, this will give you way more clearance, majority of the time clearance issue can be fixed by running a proper stretched fitment tyre, 235/40/18 does not stretched very much on that size rim, as you can see in the pic above.
It all depends on how far u are willing to push your rim width's and offsets meaning more crazier stretched tyres.

Or you can just get the correct wheel and tyre combo...stretch is gay...235/40 is as far as id go...we do get wider rims for a function purpose dont we?...lol

    Just flare the guards...
