hey everyone does anyone know a place in melbourne that can do wheels fitment and coilover adjustments?. My mechanic at Japwarehouse did an awsome job with fitment and slamming my s13 ahah, however i copped a minor defect and raised the coilovers and got it cleared. When i lowered it my front camber went positive and dont know how to adjust it back. My mehcanic is a hour away anyone know a place close by in south east melbourne thankyou

I am no physicist but with the AWD vs different widths. Rolling diameter is extremely important because your talking changing ratios but I would have thought it was the rolling resistance that makes the difference as well? eg. If the rear rims/tyres are wider that means more force would be required to drive the rear drive train in turn putting more stress on the components.

Its not that it would cause it to cause wear immediately but more so it will cause the components to wear out quicker than normal. ie. lowering your car wears the standard bushes out more quickly

yep true, my tyre and wheel place would NOT let me run staggered on my forester for this reason...

    Quick subjective question:

Would very flush offset wheels look funny on a car that's only been mildly lowered?
(Not my antique, but on a modern car.)

flush is created by combining just the right amount of poke/tuck (affected by a combination of offset. spacers wheel width and camber) and the right amount of lowering to create minimal to 0 wheel-fender gap so that the tire wall, wheel dish and quarter panel/fenders look 'flush'

so to answer your question u need to see how your big your fenders are, the width of the wheels offset, and a whole lot of other things

    BMW E46 non M3 Coupe:
    Rear: 9.5" +25 offset (probably 225/35 tyre)

Ive been told this will sit flush, does anyone know what kind of rubbing issues i'll have?
Also im not sure what to run up front, i was thinking 8.5" with a agressive offset (any recommendations)

I really dont want to have rubbing issues so any help would be greatly appreciated
