    Brake Light Swimming Pool

Okay guys.. Got a bit of a issue.
My left tail keeps getting water inside the light shell.
Ive had this issue before and replaced it with a new tail light.. Now this one gets flooded too. Ive taken it out.. And no holes...

Any ideas on how the problem arose?

Im thinking that i should replace it again.. I would rather sort it out.. Rather than replacing it again!

    pictures ?
if it's happened with two tail lights, it sounds like the light housing isn't creating a seal with the chassis

take the entire light housing off the car, apply sikaflex where it meets the metal of the car (so it creates a seal) and see if that helps.

    I'll get picks up tomorrow..

Seal with the chassis? Could it happen if i just didnt tighten the bolts that hold it in place properly? And maybe missing a bolt when doing a tailight conversion (should of looked for it)

could be a few things... not sure how the EK light works but in my celica, i had to seal the red plastic to the black plastic (if you know what i mean. Or could be the light. the seal or opening of where the bulb enters. or could be the actual chassis maybe the part above where the light console is inserted in?

New gaskets? Go down with your old gasket cutout and get the right amount and cut it to shape.

EK Hatch lights have a foam material gasket to stop water leaking into the insides of the light.
