Yeah if you like spicy stuff, Bun bo hue is the good. Probably my favourite viet noodle/soup dish.
I'm going with Pho Tau Bay. The later in the day you go, the better.
The one in the middle of the "mall" in Flemington is great too.
Ok I just tore up a un bo hue @ Dong Ba it was fucking amazing, Grabbed a Ca phe da on the way back to the car.. #winning!

So we went down to Cabra and hit Pho Tau bay on Sunday for breakfast and it fuckin delivers!This is now in my top 3
The only thing I would say is the stock is not as intense as I like it, but it still nails it big time! The beef is really good and there is lots of it! Two thumbs up here!
Hit up my aunties restaurant, she makes the best chicken pho! instead of the chicken being in the soup, its a separate chicken salad. the bestttt
