The only thing I would say is the stock is not as intense as I like it, but it still nails it big time! The beef is really good and there is lots of it! Two thumbs up here!

mmm mum's pho is the best. Had some tonight.
It's a different flavour to the normal restaurant stuff.
Very light broth, has more flavour and a stronger smell of the cinnamon sticks and star anise. Not salty and packed with MSG, where you are downing 3L of water after the meal.
2nd to 3rd day of a pho dish taste the best cause are the saturated flavours come out. Last day of pho was today
