There is a new place in Cabbra, when you get to the end of the one way street with all the restaurants its across the road on the corner, pretty big with outdoor. I didn't have the Pho there yet but its PHOKING big bowls Anyone tried it?

You must be talking about Dong Ba. They do not specialise in Pho. However they specialise in spicy beef noodle soup (bun bo hue). Like I said earlier Pho Tau Bay a couple of meters away does an excellent pho.
