    Turkey's '93 180SX

    Hey,

A few of you guys I have met at various meets around the place.

This is my 180SX, I bought it from a member on here last september -

On the stockies when I picked it up.

I drove it up to QLD with some mates for a road trip (Whiteballz + Clutch Monkey)
Where I put on the new Work XD9's in 17x9.5 +17 all around. The fronts were too wide so I've ordered 17x8.5 +32 to fit under the fronts.

While I was up there the front Tein Ha's were rebuilt and the height raised to be a little gentler. Once we got back to Sydney I bought some Tien HR's for the back which were put on yesterday thanks to JDMST member Yuan.

This dropped the height a little at the back, And with the new rubber (245's compared to 215's when I bought the rims) makes it quite tough. I'll throw some better photos up in a few days)

    Out with the old

    In with the new

clean car you got. and one of the best wheels for a 180 would have to be xd9s.

They are generally shorter and have cambered out slightly since fitment when comparing them to the HA's I had fitted prior. But that hasn't caused any issues as I've had the rear guards rolled and flared. Overall they're make for a pretty smooth ride

Yeah good the bulbs they came with were weak, so I swapped them out with the ones that I already had. Theyre only a couple of months old. Just got to properly adjust them now, probably find somewhere to tonight.

Just purchased FRP roof lip and 3 piece boot lip. I'll be matching them to my deep bottle green paintwork. Will post photo shoot pics around mid sept after my front wheels are ready and fitted.

    Cheers.

Some photos of the start of the oil cooler install.

    Roof lip installed.

    My flash setup

We're also spraying the piping black to be a little more subtle.

    Ghetto setup!
