Try finding some vzr seats if you want to stick with oem as they're probably a bit lower (someone might need to support this with evidence), otherwise you'll need an aftermarket low seat rail and aftermarket seat.
Otherwise get the seat re-upholstered with a thinner base cushion or cut and weld the std rail (this will have to be engineered if you're worried about being shaken down by the 5-0).
do you/will you track your car? If so it might be worth knocking two birds with one stone and getting a fixed back Sparco. You will sit alot lower and it will also keep you nice and tightly grasped for some spirited driving
