    Is this only if it comes with factory turbo? im assuming the stupid mod-plate law still exists for l and p platers.

    Still don't know if the change is a good idea. Granted, this is coming from an owner of a NA S13 on Green P's, just so we can get bais out of the way, but honestly I don't see why they changed the legislation. Sure, I get that there are cars like factory turbo VW Polos and similar that a family may own, and pass onto their younger child, but opening the flood gates up to things like DET S13s etc just seems crazy to me.

    It does seem a little crazy, maybe they will just be tight arses and anything that isn't a VW will be declined.
