She's on TV/ in magazines a lot in Singapore/ Malaysia. Could be there?
Fongy - great shots mate. I really like the interior one with all the lights.

I think one of my best Indian bridal work yet:
I really wanted to create something elegant with images framed nicely which tell a story and make amazing album spreads. I stopped shooting heaps of pics and concentrated on showing a story.
Not going to flood this thread up.. Some samples. But rest on my blog.
Rest here if you keen: http://sidd-rishi.com.au/blog/2/zahr...ntre-canberra/

Love your work sidd
its been awhile but i shot some cars last night.
Sidd the 4th and 5th one down are great. I'm excited to see hands that aren't making a heart shape.
Edit: finally after 4 and a bit years I hit 100 posts and I am no longer a 'new' member.

Thanks ecks and mike. Ecks - I like the lambo shot. You haven't lost any details on the blacks.
Nice light painting pics matt and kevin.
Mike - you mentioned you wanted feedback on those pics..
- If lighting is crap during the day the posing of the bride and groom will help lift the image. Not a personal fan of those poses, but over time you will learn. Keep looking at heaps of weddings pics to help get an idea of posing. For me personally I love what jerry does. His lighting and posing is top notch. Well you would hope so if you pay 20k or so for him to photograph your wedding day.
- With the 2nd pic I would have had the bride in there instead of the groom. I think matt mead on here is great with these types of interesting shadow type pics. See if you have find some pics he has done to give you more ideas when you come across it in the future.
- To me it looks like you brought out a lot of fill light or shadows. A external flash as fill would have helped a lot in these pictures. Maybe add some more contrast in there?
But otherwise for your first time you did a good job. Just keep at it and keep practicing. Ask your friends (couples) if they are free one weekend and go do a couples shoot. It will be the only way to learn how to pose and try new things.
