Yeah the CPs need some sort of lip on the wheels with some square 255s.

Do you get rubbing in the rear?

not anymore...I was when I first fitted them

I have now trimmed the plastic to fuck and also had 3mm removed off the hub face of the rear wheels making them a 17x9.75 +28 and there is perfect clearance all round...even on top of 4th gear cornering at mallala

I cant physically go anymore tyre though so I might need to suss out other options for wheels at the track when I need bigger rubber...those gay 18's that came on the car when I bought it are perfect for a michelin 260 sized slick...car will have to be a bit higher though

I liked the aftermarket headlights, the oem ones look a bit dated.

Ever thought of getting a silkroad headlight?

They were hideous in real life...they look good on a white car but certainly not on a silver one...its the same reason im swapping the CF bonnet for a standard one

Don't get me wrong, I like the XXR's. But to me they look out of place on the 5. The 5 to me is a raw machine and needs wheels to match that image.

Some Work Emotion 11R's would do that nicely.

Finally got the bonnet swap organised today...you might recognise the bonnet from the fastest evo in south australia...but then again you probably wont

paint next weekend hopefully...im either going to fit some flush mounted bonnet pins or get someone to weld up the holes from the old pins
