I really feel for the guys having to rely on someone else for work like this (most of you). To really get a proper job done requires experience and skill and even the seasoned technicians can fuck up once in a while. As for the rest who are complete monkeys and shouldn't be allowed near a car with a spanner.... they're at every joe and dicks tyre shop/dealership - sad reality. You basically need to pay premium and go to a reputable place who has experience working on modified vehicles. I've had too many bad experiences to document, shit like castor rod bolts left loose, rose joints not centred correctly, etc etc the list goes for miles. The jax quickfit down the road has no experience working on cars with adjustable caster rods/camber arms/eccentric bushes etc etc thus CANNOT be trusted working on a car equipped with such parts, they'll do a mighty fine job aligning your yaris or commodore but will not be able to properly carry out the job on a vehicle with adjustable this and that. Off the top of my head I'd recommend you lot to go straight to Proconcept or Heasmans. Any other place.... fucking take care.

When your car is low you've gotta expect that kinda stuff'

    - sorry mate but i fucking dont you clown.

End rant. By the way this was jax in maroochydore on the sunshine coast.

Spinning Wheels in Sydney, the only place I will go to.

After having two sets of tyres fitted to my rims, I still had a weird vibration. If I switched another set of rims on, no problem. So after months of trying to get someone to balance the rims correctly I was told to go to Spinning wheels. Asked them to balance and complete a wheel alignment, as the last peanut did something wrong, and the car was all over the place.

Got a call, the center of the rim is bent. Not cool, but at least I know what the hell it is now! Oh, and it drives better than it ever has before, even with a bent rim.

Like others have mentioned, Never go to a tire shop for an alignment, Find a front end specialist. They know what they are doing.

I finally found a guy down wollongong who is the above and also a mechanic. Does awesome work and I trust his work as well. Might not be the cheapest, but is still competitive.

Sounds like Jax at Mona Vale. Stripped the wheelnut threads on my old car because of rattlegun and didn't put it on properly.

Went to get an alignment done at the start of the yr at the place i usually go to and the guy i usually deal with wasn't there so another fellow served me fair enough - after about 15mins explaining that i had a camber kit on i drove it in and handed the keys over he said something along the lines of "could you please drive it in aswell since its a big car and manual" at this point i'm already thinking wtf rightio

anyway after i drove it in he then says "can you wait about 15-20mins its lunch time and i have maccas" so i just thought to myself fuck this shit is sad and just left
