A couple of days ago, my friend showed me a link of a new MNP III GTR R34 that is coming in and selling in Sydney. I was like, NO WAY!!! But then I took a closer look and did some research as did many others and here is what the consensus has to say:
If I were to take a guess, they never even had the car, they just put those ads up of good condition looking cars, with fake KMs to draw people to come in to their shop front. At which point they'll bullshit some guy about how they sell 10 cars a day and if you dont act quick they'll sell all the cars on the lot. poor mr consumer.
I dealt with them when I was looking for an S15. Decided to hit them up to see what they had.
2XS15s were there and he said I could mix and match parts I wanted, auction papers were lost/don't have them with him.
Both had a questionable mileage.
He then took me for a test drive and thrashed the living daylights out of the car I might have been interested in. To top it off, whilst I was eyeing out the car, he was sitting in the boot of a Stagea also for sale, having a smoke.
Yep! They sell some dodgy cars over the years. Especially GTR R34's! There's been a lot of bad examples coming out of Japan and this place seems to pick them up, advertise as immaculate cars with "low" kms and sell them. Feel bad for the unaware buyers
