    Driver died at hospital. Rear passenger had leg amputated and is stable.

    I feel really bad for the passenger who has had to face all of this and will face all the media attention solo. It was not his fault, yet the media will most likely force him to depression like they always do

    i mean, let's face it...you can do alot of damage in even NA 4cylinders... ala Type R's... SSS pulsar's, autech silvia's, MX-5's, and the list goes on...no matter the restrictions they put on anyone (apart from having to have completed extensive driving courses and the like) you'll see no real change, apart from new 'tougher' laws all aimed at taking more money off of people, even if they do something so minusculely wrong such as rolling your track only car outside for people to gander at...

    Not sure why this has suddenly become a P-plater argument.
    The guy was fully licensed, correct? So why aren't everyone jumping on the "give everyone restrictions!" band-wagon?


    Oh, that's right. It effects the people in favour of tougher P-plate restrictions.
