Finally got a chance to replace the cowl and a few other bits today.

    Before

The clips on the cowl to bonnet are quite possibly the worse i have come across. Any excuse to clean the car a bit further

    Cleaned

Reassembled the rest of it much easier going back on

    Replaced the fuel cap surrounding

Boot wood piece is in no more saggy carpet in the corner

And replaced the lower boot stops, awaiting on new top stops

    Old

    New

And thats it until the handbrake and a few other bits arrive later this month.

    Bit of an update...

Handbrake, gearknob arrived to finish off the center console for now til i fit the replacement factory carbon overlay dash pieces. Headunit has to be remounted to a better position before panels go on. Gearknob probably wont be everyones taste but felt like a change.

    Before

    New v old

    After

Gave the suspension and the arms a bit of a clean up and sealed up to keep them clean for a bit longer.

    Before

    After

Thats all the pics i got of thou all 4 were cleaned up

Bought new s2 taillights to replace the existing s2 taillights, yet to get pics.

Also bought new set of window switches, converted the window switch to decent led over the factory fitted item. Also no pics as of yet.

Waiting for a few items to arrive from japan and can get started on putting the engine package together. More progress soon

Very shiny, nice work. New/black plastic bits are the best on older cars for sure.

Thanks would say the change from original interior to new replacements has improved the car dramatically along with the led conversion, still yet to do the ac unit. Cleaned up a few pieces in preparation for the coming engine build. Will get some more pics up tomorrow

Was wondering, have you ever changed your headlight bulbs? Having trouble finding bulbs that actually fit the Supra; bought standard HB3/HB4 ones as recommended but none of them fit.

Yeah was one of the first things i did when i bought it was replace all the headlight globes. I have them out atm will pm you model number tonight.

Couple engine build pieces cleaned up

    Before

    After

    Veilside intake plenum

    Before

After still needs more cleaning yet completely dwarfs the oem intake manifold

When the boot was resprayed by the previous owner to fill the spoiler holes they managed to get over spray on quite a few parts fuel cap, upper boot stops and a couple other pieces then used a generic seal around the glass which looks out of place, yet to be replaced new oem seal is there just havent got around to it.

    Oversprayed piece

    New replacement

    More soon
