Pete fitting the side skirts, only after removing insane amounts of glue left over from the previous side skirts.

Love the kick in the rear, so nice!

Pete had to massage the fitment of the rear bar as our car had had a rear shunt at some point in it’s life.

He worked his magic though! The fitment is so tight!

Removing the front bar revealed some aftermarket goodies.

We applied Toyo tyre stickers, which were a pain in the ass to apply, but well worth it!

Check the fitment! No spacers! BAHAHAHAHA! Excuse the laughter, but sometimes you’ve just gotta laugh when things fall into place so well!

Oh, you look so different now…

Yes has not been washed yet, at all! HAHA!

Definitely looks meaty for a non-wide body. We failed to get a wide body kit in time. Community voted last week, there was no way we were going to get a kit into the country in time for reveal next week!

I sincerely would most likely never go widebody on any of my own cars though, not unless the car was a keeper for life!

I'm not one to do something different just to be different, but in this case, everyone is fucking up their cars with wide body kits. Whilst I appreciate that these cars look wild. I personally have always been more of a form follows function guy. Most if not all of my builds have been fat rubber, stock body, so I am SUPER happy that this S15 does not look like the rest of the crazy as fuck cars out there, and instead it's gone back to the foundations I've always valued. Quality products, light weight, strength, function.

What's happening with the car after this little mini-built with EA Games?

Keeping it? Flogging it? Would like to see some other aspects of the car touched other than aesthetics. Especially since I've noticed you don't do things half-arsed.

Yeah this is just it hey. The scope of the job is just wheels, body kit and wrap but that's NOT how we build cars...

I've spent my own money on all sorts of mods for this car already, only because I couldn't help myself! I've spent easy over $2k on small bits. The side indicators, the interior especially (pics coming!). I've also done a few things in the engine bay too... could not help myself!!!

Right now the future of the car is uncertain. We have got the go ahead to take the car to meets in the new year, we will most likely continue the build through to March if we can, even if it means we've got to buy the car off EA!

We got the car painted in one day at Arise Auto Body. Fuck these guys are THE BEST! I can't wait to paint more cars with these guys in future, been looking for a paint shop ever since I started JDMST, and have never developed a relationship with one until now!!!!!
