Default yourfather + friends + warm melbourne night! i hope you like

Car is a 2006 Euro Lux.
Has Tanabe Hyper Medalion exhaust
Tein Super Streets
Full compliment of CUSCO bracing.

Very baller.
This is why, we love melbourne town.

Looks nice you know, kinda, a little different. Cute little bridge

Drive slow homie - cuz you never know homie, about them hoes homie, you need to pump them brakes + drive slow homie.

I like the blue lights on the left. For some reason!

Looks like we're a long way from home!

Thought we were in the area, so we'd drop by and compare with others from OzHonda.com that have been taking happy snaps.

my screen name on Ozhonda.com is yourfather. Sorry, I posted them both up there, and here.

Well, I guess you can't keep a location to yourself, we kinda just cruised around.

The Bolte Bridge thing isnt that hard to find, its just near Subaru Interactive. I saw those two shopping trolleys there, and I thought WTF ~ I know where that is.

Plus, we were at this pedestrian bridge at 1:20 in the morning, so I dont think that it really mattered ALL that much

If you notice, it says "SLOW, SHARED" haha i loved that.

I hope you liked them. I'm only just getting into taking photos, I take photos for mvfcfans.com now. So, its a hobby that I do

Not bad pics again Luc, the car is a bit underexposed in some pics, probably just a result of the lighting, if you wanted to spent the time in photoshop you could probably touch it up a little.

Since you asked for feedback

1. Should have been taken on a lower height, as it would have showed off the body work and wheels even more. This photo feels very busy at the moment and it's easy to get distracted off the subject

2. I would have included the footpath below the car a bit more, and it would have helped expose the car better. It also feels like your not straight on with the bridge

3. Cool idea, the light refraction shits me, and the flash (I assume it's flash) highllighting the number plate is a bad thing, or it is blurry? Not sure. Without the refraction, this photo looks awesome in black and white (just tested)

4. You nailed it, great photo.

5. Lights should have been off, as the car has been underexposed. It's very hard to capture lights properly and expose a photo right, it's normally one or the other.

6. Once again, a dark car. Try to fill more of the photo with the car which should help the camera expose the photo more suited to highlighting the car.

Hope you like 8) The theory is all there and the location, just needs a bit more attention on the finer points.

In summary though, it's very hard to take photos of a car with lots of bright backgrounds (lights etc) at night, it rarely works well. Although you nailed a few photos, in general I'd try zooming in more on the car (which sucks though esp as the backgrounds are nice), or you could find a brighter location (a lot of people would use an external flash to light up the car better, hence how you could expose the background and subject equally. You could also try taking two photos, one with background fine, and one with the foreground fine, and then merge the photos. I've been meaning to try this but haven't yet, they call it "HDR" photography or something similar

Regarding Tommo's 5th point, you should try some HDR photography. It's tricky stuff, and you absolutely need a tripod, but I think you could get some pretty amazing results.

Tough to believe they're actually real photos huh!

that stuff is awesome..

well, I will take what you've said on board. I have a photoshoot tonight with a MPS 3 turbo, so I'll see what I can do, will try and focus - pardon the pun on the underexposure bits, and also on the bodywork more rather than the background.....

where im going tonight, is a little more tricky with the light, but we'll do a few places. hope it turns out ok.

thanks for your help. I have no-one else I know that is interested in photography, so, it's all just learning as I go, by myself....

serious... thanks...
